cge ko ask sa customer service, unbilled charges nako from my previous cutoff date to my next cutoff date (cut off date is 21st of every month)
my plan is 350 btw.
i always pay on time.
usahay sobra pa gani akong e bayad para way hasul.
i dont use cellular data,
i barely txt other networks,
i just use my sun to sun unli calls and texts
last month (oct) na late kog bayad
pero ako dayun gi bayran the next day
weeks after
i received a text that hapit nako sakong credit limit 70% daw, disregard kung payment has been made
i just disregarded it kay kabayad nmn ko..
sus kalit ra bitaw nag di nako ka txt or call.
ni adto dayun ko sa sun (nov 5). asked why na ing ato, lapas nadaw ko credit limit nako.
so okay, no drama, bayad ko, 450 ( that's php100 advance, and weeks before my due date which is 21st of november)
nov: 13, kadawat kog txt nga 80% over the credit limit nako.. WTF? bag.o rako ni bayad 450, unya 80% nako over the limit
again. ni bayad kog 350...
so kaduha nako ni bayad in one month.
ni check ko sa akong unbilled charges .. i still have an unbilled charges of 624.
naunsa nmn tong akong gipang bayad, 450 and 350 sa november??
can anyone help or advise me?
