Universal Translation Services is offering a position as Project Manager to work from home. Our company is an ISO qualified translation company. This means that the most stringent quality standards have been met.
To serve our clients worldwide and more effectively, Universal Translation Services has three specialized departments. With these three specialized departments the ISO-Group is focused on the East-European, West-European and the Scandinavian market.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY ATTRIBUTES:
Minimum 1-2 years previous project management experience
Fluent in English.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, html, xml).
Ability to prioritize while handling multiple projects simultaneously in a hectic, time-sensitive environment
Ability to communicate accurately detailed instructions to multilingual vendors.
Detail and service oriented.
Clear sense of accountability.
Availability to work on night shift 00:30 CET to 09:00 CET with 30 minutes break

Job description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities will include:
• Be the customer point of contact
• Manage the entire life-cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment
• Managing the project from beginning to end
• Offering full customer service and production
• Receive, assess, schedule and confirm each new project
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Planning, scheduling and monitoring translation projects
• Managing any queries and updates during the translation phase
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendor
Confidence, drive and enthusiasm are all required along with a positive attitude and the ability to maintain that attitude even during the high stress times.
You will have the proven ability to operate in an environment that is sometimes hectic and/or ambiguous and be not easily flustered.
