Win 7 "can't load user profile" error.

Hello guys, anybody encountered a "can not load user profile" error in Windows 7?

This is what happens when logging in with the administrator account... Now Can't log in with this account anymore, but the other user account still works, but without admin privileges though... Anybody know how to fix this short of re installing?

^ Follow these steps, it should fix your issue if you are specifically referring to the error "The User Profile Service failed the logon".

You need to boot your Windows 7 first to Safe Mode w/ Networking and that's the time you will do the troubleshooting.
