Responsible for providing HR support services for Regional store operations


Responsibilities


1. Schedules and implements store HR programs and activities for the year and as necessary based on general direction and orientation on corporate human resource management and development programs.

2. Provides technical assistance and advice to store personnel in ensuring the consistent implementation of company human resources policies.

3. Implements and coordinates with Store Operations of all company-wide employee programs and activities.

4. Assists in the conceptualization and implementation with the Operations Directors/Area Managers localized employee programs and activities.

5. Provides technical assistance and advice to Operations in the consistent implementation of company rules and regulations, handling grievances, investigations and carrying out disciplinary actions. Handles employee issues/matters referred by store management. Refers major, highly sensitive matters to the HR-RBU Manager.

6. Supervises the prompt documentation of all manpower movements, i.e. regularization, transfers as well as promotions and confirmations.

7. Coordinates benefits enrollment and availment applications of store personnel with C&B Department. Orients and guides store personnel on benefits and availment procedures.

8. Monitor and evaluate the training program set for every Management trainee and in coordination with the training department and the training store.

9. Ensures issuance of all performance appraisal forms for the store personnel as scheduled.

10. Provides technical assistance and advice to store management personnel in the performance appraisal process semi-annually as well as during the probation period of a store management trainee.

11. Ensures prompt submission to C&B of all accomplished performance appraisals.

12. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

- Oral and Written Communication Skills – persuasive; has good command of both English and Filipino languages; can communicate well with other divisions and departments, service-providers and suppliers
- Computer Literacy – is highly comfortable in using computers and computer-related applications
- Interpersonal Relations Skills – is able to display the norms of positive relationships; can relate well with peers, other company units and suppliers, and uses such relationship to benefit the company, never to sacrifice corporate interests

Job Qualifications:
- Candidate MUST possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology , Behavioral Science , or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience handling all facets of Human Resources
- Must be willing to travel do 70 % fieldwork
