got the bad news just last night.

Hmmm here's my problem.

I started with Q, after 3 months ni AWOL ko.
Then niwork ko Aegis (now TP), since may 2012 till last night.

hmmm if muapply ko another company, should i declare nga naa ko experience sa Aegis or unsa ba dapat buhaton nako?

sayang imong 2 years dili i-declare...

as for me, daghang gi-awol-an pero tag-days to a few months lang...and wala ra gi-declare nako...okay raman...no issue raman...

2 years kapin ka sa Aegis/TP.. lsud na dili ka mu declare kay taas kaayo ang 2 years unya inig tan-aw ana nila sa imo contribution sa Tax ug SSS makita ddto nag contribute ka gkan sa Aegis... mas kuyaw ka ma terminate napud ana inig sakop nila coz they will still know whether you tell them or not... better be honest about it nlng.. if they ask why na terminate ka inig interview, tell them the truth and then follow it up with telling them nga because of that experience, you have learned your lesson and will definitely not do it again... convince them na you are serious about it pud..

besides nothing beats a clean conscience.. and dili ka mag sige ug pangulba sa imo new company na one day basin ipa tawag lang ka ug kalit sa inyong HR tungod sa imong gi bakak
