hi guys! a collection agency for a certain telecom company contacted (text and call) my clients, friends and family. Some of my clients are wondering why they got hold of their private numbers. I contacted the agency and they are from makati, they said that they have my call logs, isn't this document confidential?? meaning this telecom company is just giving away sensitive information to these agencies. Actionable ni nga case kay i.kiha ko ni sila. hehe thanks.

hala dili mana pwede. they have no right nga makontak og lain taw kay adto sila maningil sa imong utang. i know this kay akong iyaan nag work sa usa ka collection agency. mag himo himo lang sila og hadlok (kuno) nga legal letter but not ing-ana nga manawag sa lain taw.

yup2x.. mao gani.. nahibong akong mga contacts ngano naa silay number nila, ako sila gitawagan then naa silay copy sa akong call logs, mao ila gigamit. tsk tsk

yeah.. ang text nila kay ang urgent daw and kailangan ko motawag nila, ila gi.txtblast sa mga tao sa ako log. karon ang naka.lingaw kay they are working for this company daw pero gamit nila kay ang numbers a compitinsya.. when i got a chance to talk to them kay i asked them why they got the numbers of my clients and families, they said that it's system generated text. okay then i asked "bakit mag.reply if system generated"? then that's the time they transferred me to their manager and then they let me wait for 5 mins to verify the issue then they said "choppy" ang line and they dropped my call. when i called back they said down ang system nila so they'll just call me another time. hahaha
