    Default Breach of contract question


    CASE:

    Nka state sa EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT is 5 years worth 500k training expense. So per year is 100k.

    What if mo sign ko sa contract then 1week or 2 weeks after ni resign ko, oblige ba ko mo pay sa 500k bisag wala pako nka undergo sa training ana nga time? Salamat sa inputs.

    WOW 500k, bigatin gyud ni nga company. Biktima pud ko ani, nahigut kog 3 years kay kong mo resign ko, bayad. But I think ang breach of contract itself moay maka ingon nga maka bayad ka, bisan wa pa ma deliver ilang promise (which ma deliver gyud, kung di ka mo resign). Either way, it's sad nga daghan companies nag gamit og one-side contracts to hold people.

    wala! kay mawagtang ang agreement kung usa ninyo mo buhi sa nakasabutan, gawas nalang siguro kung ni take sa training unya naka bayad na sila unya dili nimo humanon, basin kana moy ilang pabayran, expenses sa training sa kontrata na wala nimo humana.

    pero wala ko kasabot sa detalye ani, unsa mani na training facilitator ni sila unya naa mo kontrata na mo conduct silag training for 5 years ug mao na ang amount? kung mao na makabayad gyud ka

    outside training ni regarding sa SYSTEM sa company @slabs7. Galibog sad bitaw ko kay naa sad ko gipaabot nga offer sa lain. Should I go or should I stay? Ako lang ba before ko mo sign sa contract kahibaw nako wala nay mo offer lain. Pero kung dili ko modawat sa offer then wala najud chance.

    mao na ako pasabot, kung wala paka naka take sa training wala kay mabayran sa imong company kung mo resign ka, pero kung ni take naka ana bisan kausa lang, aw posible nga pabayron jud ka, dili sad baya lalim magbayad para sa imong training nya human imo ra silang biyaan.

    Ipadala ka sa gawas for training, TS? Mao man na ang gitawag nga training bond...if mopirma ka then naarranged na nila ang imong schedule para larga, you are then obliged to stay with the company for the rest of the contract...on the brightside, secure na imong trabaho for the next few years!

    Breach of contract gyod na siya labi na kay mipirma ka, gi clarify unta to nimo nga kung in case nga moresign ko then wala pako nakatrain oblige ba ko mobayad, para sure ba.

    Wala pa ko nakadungog ug naay nakabayad ug ing ani.

    Isuwat lang sa imong resignation letter nga dili nimo kaya ang trabaho den papirmahi sa manager nimo.

    Bisan pa kanang non-compete agreement, tagsa ra company ang mogukod gyud nimo, gawas guro ug grabe na gyud ilang kalagot nimo. Kasagaran sa company dili gusto ug hasol.

    @ivinrey14, I suggest you consult DOLE if you are serious in leaving. I presume naa ka copy sa contract. Another option is a lawyer practicing on labor law pero it may cost you.
