proxy server error issues

I just bought my laptop (Acer Aspire V5- Touch/ Windows 8.1) about 3 months ago and dili kaayo ko techy. Have been having problems with proxy server error. I was advised by a friend to download an anti virus (avast) and I did but how come I am still getting the error. It might have not been downloaded properly, idk.

Please share. What should i do? Thanks

Kung ga gamit kag public proxy servers, expected gyud na nga mag error error. In fact, daghan nila, minutes lang, mamatay na. Since dili ka techy, use Chrome and use Hola or ZenMate nga proxy plugins, less hassle then mo work pa. Kung mag install install kag proxy or VPN sa imong desktop, mo samot lang ka libog imong kutaw.
