Recommend a psychologist/psychiatrist in Cebu

I hope you can recommend a psychologist or psychiatrist for my friend (undergoing some issues in her life) here in Cebu. We would appreciate if you can provide contact numbers and their rates. Thank you so much

If possible, she would like to have a female Doctor.

There are alot of Psychiatrists in Cebu one would be Dr. J. Sy, Dr. Obra, there several in every hospital. Psychologists though that I do not know. There is a big difference between the 2.

murag general mn ni silang dr. sy ug obra... family medicine ba, i mean. gkan ko niha sa chong. i feel like it wud b a waste of money lng if pa consult ka ug dili jd practitionr ana nga field. wa nlng ko nidayon sa kang sy. i went to cdu instead, kang dr. canete. kaso 1.5k lng. mahal! lol. pro atleast psychiatrst jd cya. plano ko balik next wk.

@silahis Nope they are both Psychiatrist. Dr Obra Ang laki is the Chairmain of the Behavioral Sciences in Vicente Sotto. I would know because they are both my professors in Med school. His Wife is a pedia... Dr. Jacqueline SY is a Psychiatrist and the Past President of that specialty here in Cebu a few years back. Dr. Canete is a psychiatrist, I think she is the head of Behavioral Sciences in one of the private Psych hospitals here in our City.
