Folks, asa ta makapaservice/paayo og asus mobo diri cebu? Tried asking Asusworld pero di sila daw moservice og dili sa ila gikan gipurchase ang unit. Ang uban (TTi) moservice ra sad if gikan sa ila gipurchase ang item.
Nikagar naman gud ako P8Z77-V nga mobo lately right after the corsair PSU powering it got damaged/burnt. Although the mobo LED still lights up but di na dyud sya modagan. tried to remove the memory, vcard, and reinstalled it back, same thing...tried to use 2 functional PSU, again same thing happened Anyway appreciate any inputs...

salamat kaayo sa input bai, mao lagi, I inquired them first coz mao gibutang sa asus site for servicing, unfortunately di daw sila unless ila gikan ang unit, though they used to accept units from other sources/dealers as long as it is their brand, just lately lang that they changed their policy

Did you ask them where should u send your item for RMA if dli cla mo dawat? If under warranty pa imong mobo, then i uli sa store ang imong mobo then cla nay mo hatag ana sa asus for the repair, but mas maayo i direct nimo sa asus service center kay mao ghapon ila ra ihatag dugay dugayon pka. Ask sa store first unsa process ani para repair.

bro krypto bought his rig outside the country... so, if mag hisgot ta'g warranty, medyo, hanap kay ma ihap ra ang mga companies na mo dawat ug "international" warranty... and for sure, sa HW configuration ni bro krypto, wala... tsk tsk tsk... paets...

let me share about Silver Stone... as what bro Fine Upgrades mentioned in one of the discussion threads here in istorya, pwede sila maka assist in claiming for an international warranty. naka try sila ani on a PSU... and it was executed well... naka claim ang owner...

anyhow, bro krypto's rig will be up an running before this week end... thanks to an Asus Z77-A... his replacement mobo... pero, need gihapon nya ipa ayo ang naguba na mobo... sayang man gud. basin maayo pa...

lisod gyud pangita'g mo dawat ug repair dha sa atoa kay naa man requirement na... "dapat, sa ilaha gipalit ang item"... pasabot ani, dili sila service center... kay kun service center, modawat man basta lang, ilahang gi carry ang brand na gi dala did2 sa ilaha... igo ra ta bayad sa parts and labor kun wala warranty ang item na ayohon nila...

Mao pd lage bro maoy naka lisod if napalit nimo sa gawas imong mobo so i think mapa warranty ra nimo ang imong mobo based on the country asa nimo gpalit..

Bro Werty, thanks a lot for the input. Called up Banbros (Tekzone Free Star Arcade Bldg. ) awhile ago and confirmed that they will accept asus mobo repair regardless of the source. Problem is, wa silay Saturday, tikia Anyway, thanks again.
