Default How will the Philippines handle the ebola virus?

Anthony Leachon of Philippine College of Physicians says the virus could infect the Philippines since it was able to reach developed countries like the US, Germany and Spain.

“We have to strengthen our weak health system and to prepare our health personnel to handle Ebola cases. Christmas is coming so Filipinos from all over the world are coming home, so we have to be ready,” says Anthony Leachon.

Also, if ever man gani maigo ta sa ebola virus, luoy kaayo ta mga Bisaya kay pasagdaan ra ta sa Manila government, kay ilang priority ang Manila ra sad.

kung mahitabo man gani nga muabot ni sa Pilipinas, simbako lang intawn palayo, then we must ready sa mga mamatay ani which will be the case I think. We are not ready and that is true. Ang US gani nga ready, na infected pa man gani sila.

Is this even a question appropriate for DOH? PNoy would be happy if people panic.
