wala diay 3 days warranty TS? Nangayo unta ka warranty if naa defect or damage pwde ra mauli. Tanawa deado hinuon ang itoy nimo. Ipa RMA lang na.

Usually 2 months old man ang release sa puppy. By that time complete na iyang initial vaccines,; DHL, DA2PL, anti-rabies, etc.
Sa pagpalit nimo sa puppy wala kay nanotice nga signs nga naay problema ang particular puppy. Basig naa nay sakit na bag-o nimo nakuha. Gitan-aw nimo iyang ilong (kanang itom sa gawas)? A healthy puppy will have a moist nose. If padung siya dehydrated, it will show signs of drying up.

Murag wala gyud kay makuha ani nga refund or replacement unless the breeder is a refutable and responsible on where he/she will definitely give you a replacement.

how old is the pup? did you received any health card from the previous owner?

Ts I speak as a breeder, a pup can be wean around 7 weeks so by the 8th week they can be rehouse from their new owners. but before I release them I will shoulder the 1st 2 vaccination and 3 deworming. a week after the 2nd vaccination that is the time I will release them to their new owners. so ika hatag nako sa ilang new owners naa na silay madawat nga health card record from my vet para ma hand over sa new vet ang iya status.

sa ako ni pov and experience ang problem sa sayo nga gilutas nga wa pay 8 weeks naa'y chance nga maluya ang magoul worst mamatay ang itoy cause di pa na sila ana ka stable in terms of immunity from dses. naturally dapat 2months na sila irelease sa ila new owners kay essential na nila while they are still pups they can play and learn things together with their mom and the rest of the litters.

sa imong mga input ang mga itoy di pa jud na cya mo paghot specially under 10 weeks old nga pup, for sure na stress to cya sa iya new environment. yes you have the right to inform the breeder what happened to the pup but regarding the refund wa koy idea kay wa pa sad ko naka sugat ani nga problem but if proven nga naa'y sayop nya like di updated ang vaccination and deworming or malnourished ang pup while under their care I think you can ask a half of what you paid or it depends on the agreement.
