    Default Nilapas na ug 6months sa trabaho considered na ba as regular employee?


    Ingani ni siya, naa employee diri sa amoa hired ni siya Last March 26 2014 then ni six months siya pag September 25, 2014. Ako question is if gipa duty pa siya lapas September 25 ma consider na ba siya nga regular employee? Ako man gud nasabtan 5 months contract then 1 month probation so total of 6 months dapat ma regular naka? Ni duty pman gud siya pag 26 and 27 then ni follow-up siya sa HR unsa na daw status niya atong pag 27. Karon ang HR wala na siya pasudla after atong 27 kay i-end na daw siya. Pwde ba siya mo kiha ana nga dapat bayaran siya sa company?

    Technically, yes basta mo abot og 6 months with or without notice. For sure, wala to mabantayi sa HR. About sa legal remedies, I wouldn't waste my time ana and just concentrate og pangita og lain work.

    I mean ingana rajud diay? If mo reklamo siya sa labor naa ba siya madawat benefits sa company why gi terminate siya kalit then usa pa regular naman kaha siya. Like sa ginagmay benefits. Luoy pud intawn ang tawo kay minimum ra sweldo then ingana pajud nahitabo.

    You need to sign another contract when ma regular nka. If wala siya ka sign TS then dli pa siya technically regular.The company has the right to end the previous contract after 6 if ever probie pa ang status sa employee. All of these should be stated on the contact sign when the employee is hired. Based on experience rani ako TS.

    pwede ka moreklamo sa DOLE..pero lagi DAYS raman gud... gamay rakau na nga problem.

    neglegence lang na sa part sa HR. pero kato days na meduty siya dapat bayaran to..

    dili ka maregular sa imo tarbaho kung wala documents signed na regular naka... dili kay abot 6 months regular na daun..kato jud official contract basihan.

    ang uban companya kay di ka makapadaun after 6 months para di sila maka regular nimo. kawawa ang uban. how about if construction worker lang molapas 6 months na?

    Dili diay na automatic sir nga regular naka if lapas na sa probationary period? Wala diay law ang Labor Code ana to protect sa employee? What if ni lapas ug 2 months sa probationary period then gi end ug kalit kay lagi wala contract signing as a regular employee. Luoya sad sa imong kauban TS oi.

    pwede na mareklamo guro sa labor ts ipangutana lang. basta sa amo pag mo lapas 5mnths pirma na dayon contract para reg

    under the labor code, if the probationary fails to qualify with the reasonable standards of the company, he will not become a regular employee,.. so maybe wala mka qualify mao nang gi end siya..
