Is Toshiba hard drive any good?

I'm about to buy a 1TB hard drive. Toshiba seems to give me the best bang for the buck. Maayo/lig-on ba ang Toshiba hard drives?

^ yes, bro. ok pa's alright ang Toshiba HDDs... bang for the money sya kay barato ra man. Quality and Reliability ok ra pud kaayo... naa ko'y gi post diri sauna na study from 3rd party about HDDs... top performer ang HDDs from Toshiba on reliability...

all my HDDs since 2012 are all Toshiba... hinoon, wla pa man gyud ko maka suway ug nagub-an ug HDD since 1993 except sa isa ka Seagate Barracuda... mura'g factory defective to sya (lemon unit). gi ilisan ra man pud sa shop where asa nako gi palit... spike ra to... gamit ko's tanan HDDs brands na available in this 2+ decades in our passion... based sa akoang experiences, pare2x-ho lang tanan brands gyud ug reliability (except kun maka palit ta'g lemon unit)... now, kun mo palit ko'g HDD, ang main point na akoang i-consider kay ang "price"... wala nako mag huna2x'g warranty kay pare2x-ho lang na sila gawas anang mga "premium" drives na taas2x ug warranty like the WD Black (just to name one)... pero, mahal man pud...

in short, kumbate ra nang Toshiba 1TB HDD na imohang gi planohan ug palit...

naa ko diri'y Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm 320 GB HDD. bought and used this since 2009... then 3+ yrs na ni sya nag 9% health remaining through Sentinel... wala hinoon ni sya important files kay gamit ra ni nko sa entertainment rig running 24/7 downloading movies then sa mga ma complete ug DL, i-transfer man nko sa akoang FreeNAS server for storage... so far, ang performance nya kay the same ra atong 1st time na na-install nko sya right after akoang napalit pag 2009. ang work around nako kay mao ni... "un-install Sentinel" para wala'y mag samok2x sa atoang mata... hahaha...

Never tried Toshiba been using Seagate most of the drives will last me around 4 to 5 years..

Paspasa naka plug bro Lowel oi. eheh Last time nako naka gamit og Toshiba HDD's kay mga 40 GB IDE pa. Eheheh Pero Buhi pa hangtod karon unya waLay nay mapaslakan.
