    Mga sir mayng adlaw kaninyu. Unsa kahay resulta aning akong ginabuhat karon nga nagsugod ko ug gym dayun kada oras gutom man so kaon kay kaon lng sad ko. Unsa kaha resulta ani

    By the way angay ba ko dili maguol na manambok nga ectomorph man ko?

    naa koy nahibaw.an nga sites kung asa ka maka kuha ug tips. Mao sad ni akong basa-basahon, idk ug reliable pero naa silay point.

    Please lang kog delete ani nga post MODS if dle pwede.

    Ok ra kaon bro if niwang jud ka..Pero mas prefer jud unta if healthy meals jud imo i-intake. Pareho anang chicken breast, veggies, whole wheat breads... Basig mao pirmi ka gutmon coz imo gpangkaon mga "junk" foods na dili mka-suppress sa imo hunger.. Usually ako buhaton bro, especially if afternoon, mag-whole wheat bread ko with Pan De Manila all-natural peanut butter ug black coffee. Busog na ko ana till gabii to the point na di na ko mag-dinner sa kabusog. hehe. try it!

    Bro dili mn mga junk foods ako kan on kanang whole meal gyud. Kung sa jollibee ko mokaon kay 1 order of c1 + 1 burger yum ala carte gyud na ako mahurot. Naa pa lain days na daghan jud ko makaon na rice kay gutom mn gyud. Hehehe bdw halos ka lima ko mukaon sa usa ka adlaw. Unsa kahay resulta ani kung makaondang q ug gym sa?

    pilay edad nimo TS? i'm assuming nag weights ka para mu gain kag muscle. OK rana mag sige kag kaon oi. ako gani tambok sige gani kog kaon hehe

    bitaw, eat clean lang kung mahimo. if you're young you have faster metabolism nya ecto pa gyud ka, samot.

    25 akong edad boss. Dili hinoon ko mukaon ug junk foods purely meal gyud kana with daghan na rice dayun eggs dayun banana. Oo bai nag weights ko para mo gain unsay nindot na routine pRa ana?

    haha padayuna lng bro, i was in the same situation as you 7 months ago...started at 125lbs before hitting the gym, 140lbs nako ron...just improve the quality of what you eat (no junk foods, fast foods) and continue to lift, muabot ra ang resulta hehehe

    stick to clean foods lng ts.. mu abot ra lge ng results... same ta ecto pud ko 5'4 98lbs to 130lbs
