dili.. R9 270X should suit you fine at 10k budget. 1366 x 768 ra man sad ang res so kaya ra kaayo nang 50-60fps

para nako TS, dli kaayo na momatter ang power consumption if hardcore gamer ka. if ganahan kag ubos2 ug power consumption, go for r7 250x or r7 260x. mas barato pero layo ra kaayog performance sa 270x pero sure ko nga maka run jd na sa kasagarang bag.o nga games from mid to high settings kay ubos2 raman imong screen resolution.

When you say gamay ug consumption, do you mean consumption when idle or when playing games at full load?

These days, gfx cards have really low idle power consumption. On top of that, certain Intel systems have a feature that can shut down the dedicated gfx card on demand so ur system will just run on integrated gfx.

If you want the lowest power consumption while on full load, try the GTX 750Ti which doesnt even require dedicated power from your psu and costs around 7k+. If that's too slow / too cheap for you.. I've seen GTX 760 systems have pretty good performance/watt figures but theyre a bit over your budget at 12k
