This is an apartment I'm renting with friends but they are moving out after their family moved to Cebu this month. Sayang man biyaan gud kay nice ang neighborhood and good as new ang apartment.

- Nice neighborhood. Peaceful and cool with trees around.
- One ride to Ayala, SM, Colon, Carbon, Fuente.
- No curfew. Gated apartment.
- Rooms with cabinets.
- Pwede manglaba - naay hayhayan. Laundry shop is nearby pod.
- Sharing lang sa power and water.
- It's near Fooda, Mini Stop and Pan de Manila di ka magutman sa Guadalupe.
- Two-storey apartment ni sya. Silong is sala, bath and kitchen. 3 rooms on the second floor.
- Rooms have windows (jealousy) so dili igang. If init gyud kaau ok na ang electric fan. I have electric fan ra diri.
- If you have aircon, pwede i-install (sabot lang ta sa kuryente)
- Sudlonon ni sya gamay. mga 2-3 minute walk from the main road.
- If you have motorcycle naa pod ka parkan inside. Naa sad ko motor man.
- Well-lighted ni diri na neighborhood.
- Safe kay mga relatives ra ang mga silingan diri. Mailhan daun if kinsay di taga diri.
- Single occupancy lang per room para dili samok.
- I have mini fridge that everyone can use.
- Pwede pod maka cook.
- Ok ra kaayo ang bisita. Ok kaayo diri if muvisit inyo family for a few days pwede ra gyud mu stay.
- Near ra pod ang Guadalupe Church.
Open for students ni sya, hamugaway sa pagtuon kai way saba diri.
Okay pod call center agents - two rides to CVG Banawa and IT Park, one ride to Ayala and Fuente.
Daghang jeep diri 24 hours kay daghan kaaung 06 na jeep.
Reason nindot diri sa Guada kai residential sya unya duol ra sa sentro.
