Expert iPhone 4 Repair Technician

I'm looking for someone who can repair my iPhone 4 32GB (Globe Locked), iOs 7.1.2 Jailbroken via Pangu.


ISSUES:

-Does not charge when turned on.
-Incorrect Battery level, only shows correct battery level when restarted.
-Does not stay on for more than five minutes, keeps rebooting.


This is what I get when I pulled up logs from the iPhone Configuration Utility:

I've had the battery connector repaired by a technician before, and it was working back then. It suddenly just behaving like this.

(the battery connector broke apart when I attempted to remove the battery, so I had to get a new one).
