Default Could I model in Philippines?

I get asked a lot why I`m not modelling in The Philippines (I am half Filipino) or told that I look like some celebrity/actress there. I`ve never really seen myself that way as I`ve never thought I`m qualified, I just assume people are giving me compliments to be nice but I never take the word for it. And I`m nowhere close to what there is of beautiful models in Philippines.SO I just wanted an honest opinion on whether or not I would have a chance on modelling there? I mean just for a fun experience, whenever I`m there (few months a year). I am not looking to make great success or make a living out of it, I just want to do something fun and interesting but on a level that is not like amateur/tacky shoots anyone can do.And if so, how would I go forward? P.S. I`m only 168 cm/5`5 ft!Here`s some photos of me:

HONEST OPINIONS PLEASE! I`ll take any criticism/advices!

OMG. You can even be a candidate of Asia's Next Top Model! You have that Hi-fashion, edgy and modern face I usually see in magazines. If you want my honest opinion, YES! Pursue it! You can go great lengths. Goodluck and dream big!
