    Default the WHY discussion

..there are a lot of WHY questions we people ask. Here is where we try to discuss them. This is not the old topic in which the post were merely composed of WHY, this is not a game of why. We ask a question, then we discuss it in a mature way. Please refrain from making OT or nonesense comments.

.. let me start the first question..

.. why is it that people who works in callcenters still wear their I.D.s even if they're out of the office ??

i have noticed that, maybe they wanna know the people how proud they were working in the call center...

my question is: why majority of the employees always complain they have small salary??

.. yeah, it's kinda stupid-looking, even in jeepneys they wear their i.d.s.

.. on your question though, it's sad but true, most employees are underpaid. Our labor sector should look up on this, well, they've already looked upon the matter but unfortunately they can't give any solution. As what has been discussed HERE .

Maybe those people still wearing ID's are just out to buy something to eat. Maybe it's a safer way not to lose the ID as they are coming back in just a couple of minutes. It could be their keyfab is attached to it, so di sila kasulod kung wala to. Hi-tek man. Hehhe.

ako naman d ID issue is nothing... wala ko blema ana nila... its just an ID. Maybe they feel like wearing it, puede pud nakalimut ug tang2, wa care kung nka ID outside n sa wrkplace...

"UNDERPAID Employees" - Im one of the unfornate underpaid one! Too bad the government never realizes all this. The government is hopeless... They only do all the talking.. ala ginawa to prove they're worth for our votes. Its a fact and I cant do anything... If dont work, how can you survive... Mahal tanan palitunon... Pgka faet sa life... If I will dwell too much sa mga issue sa society, makabuang. Go with d flow nlang... kapoi na... ma stress nlang ka cge reklamo. Kung naa opportunity muabot, Grab it! Basta naa raka dri sa atong yutang natawhan nga Pilipinas, mau n jud n Life... its useless nga reklamo paka... Nobody hears that!!!

i wonder... if d pa grabe ka blooming ang call center industry, would call center agents still wear IDs outside the office ehehehe it maybe just a fad or kalimot cla og tangtang or convenient para nila d tangtangon para d makalimtan...hmmm...

employees complain about their salary if they feel like the effort they gave in that company doesnt compensate well with their salary. some companies are "generous" some are super tihik! basta lng mka ginansya cla dako.. without thinking that employees need to be well compensated also for them to perform well. its not just about the money but its about the employers giving importance to their employees. it may be in a form of employee benefits, salary raise, award (char!)...etc..etc...

having experienced working in a call center for 3 years, i never did wear any ID outside of the office even if I just went out for something. being a CALL-GIRL (short for call center gals) isn't something that makes me special or stands out from everybody else. and also, to answer some muddle, as what I noticed before I left that type of work, most of the new comers are conceited, overconfident, etc.

there are times, well most of it actually, they think they are better than the VETERAN AGENTS" when in fact MOST of them are just hired because we're understaffed.

about the ID i guess they want to show off their nice ID strap?.

as for the under paid.. most people can never have enough. i know people earning like 50k+ but still talks about having small salary.

... why do most people go with the flow?.
