    Default Cherry Mobile Service Center


    kinsay nakasuway na ug parepair sa ila phones na CM diha sa ayala? dali ra ila service para nimo? twice na anko napaayo didto ako flare pero mao ra gihapon problema maoff ra sya nya wa nay display dayon. haaay.

    depende sa guba sa imo phone kay ila man ipadala sa manila, naka try ko twice sad mga 2weeks to 1month. mo hang akong tab. then naguba nasad balik, nag research ko ako nalang gi reboot, na ok nah, pero karon guba nasad ang LCD naay mga linya mo gawas, gikapoy nako paayo kay wa nasad sa warranty, wa nalang nako gamita ug gipaayo kay kapoy na cge balik2x. palit nalang ko new phone. hehehehhehehe

    kasagaran kung hardware issue specifically motherboard kay 2 months na... wa na silay klaro. Di sila muhatag og saktong time kung kanusa jud makuha, pabalik balikon ra ka.

    Kasuway nako..
    Di nuon to smartphone akong gipaayo..
    Di ma on ang guba.. after two weeks naa dayon..
    Dipende ra jud na sa damage TS..

    Their customer service sucked a lot!

    Nagpa-check ko sa CM flare. If working ba ang microphone or pd ba ma-replace ang phone, (check up rani ha. I never said to them nga i-repair because I know it takes weeks). They advised me to wait and come back tomorrow for the result. When I called back, ang unit 2ua na sa Manila kay gpa-ayo. What a bunch of nutbrains!
    Then I asked when it will get back, they said 3 weeks. Waited 3 weeks, and nothing. I got a phone back after 3 freakin months! They said there was a delay. After using the phone for 2 weeks, guba nasad. Astang bati-a!

    if mupalit kag cherrymobile tabla rag walay warranty... ma pul-an nalang kag balik2 sa service center... maypa sa uban shop nalang nimo ipa-au kay klaro pa... kanang sa cherryservicecenter gud daily ilang sweldo ana wala na sila naghuna2 maayo ba ang item o dli... himulbolan pana didto... maypa ara kas shop nga ang tag-iya rasad ang technician kay pangitaan pana nila ug paagi nga marepair kay dha cla makakwarta... pero sa servicecenter wala jd... mu repair rana sila ug sayun ayohon

    ingAni sad to nahitabo sa akoa. first repair nako took almost 2 months nya wa abti isa kabuwan guba na sad. so gipaayo na sad nako balik with matching strikta na kay para dalion nila ba and maaware sila na bati ila service (hehehe) and same issue gihapon nya ako warranty kay maexpire na ra ba this 20. july 29 nako giparepair (2nd repair na ni) until now, wa gihapon feedback. sige ko text nila wa jud reply. grrrrrr. >_<
