- Installation of window grill, maindoor double lock, front window cover, CR wall cabinet
- Big cabinet/closet which serves as divider, Queen size pull-out bed, Foldable table from blims; all bought and installed Q3 of 2013
- Appliances: electric fan and 1.0 HP Condura airconditioner, bought and installed last May 2013
- minor improvements
- assorted things which I may not bring when I move out of Cebu

Only 11186.79 per month for 10 years. Already paid 17 months.

Sir, derecho ra assume ang buyer ani sir, or pa uli-an nimo coz u never mention pila imo selling sa unit only assume raman. pls pm me if assume lng or selling and how much, and pila sad ila monthly dues for the association. Thanks
