    Default English terms


    Seriously unsa english ani nila or if there is no words for it how can you say it that it is same as what we wanted to say like:

    Di mag pa ALKANSI na cya
    mangihap man na cya sa trabahonon


    salamat!

    note: I did my best to search for the equivalent for it but can't think of any words that can fit for words...

    uhmm like "she always count what she is doing".. pero dili count ako gipangita if naa pay proper word sa count.

    Try ni nako translate TS ha. . . to the best of my ability (murag naa gyud ba), and hopefully, to your satisfaction. Hehehe!

    Di mag pa ALKANSI na cya: (Dili papildi)
    1. He/She always wants to get the upper hand.
    2. He/She doesn't like to be on the loosing end/ to be placed at a disadvantage.
    3. He/She hates to be upended.

    Mangihap man na cya sa trabahonon: (Sigeg complain o yawyaw sa trabaho ghatag sa iya)
    1. She constantly 'makes a fuss' over every task or work she gets.
    2. He never fails to 'whine' about every task assigned to him.

    Mao man guro ning gitawag na idioms or idiomatic expressions - kung wa ko masayop. Kung sayop ko, suri keu. Hehehe!

    ^ i would agree with what you posted.

    TS, don't take it literally. get the thought and make the words simple.

    Tumpak! Dili word for word translation. Kung puede per letter. . . jok!

    Di pa alkansi i think is "not to be outdone" in english.

    Yeah! "not to be outdone" is betterer and much closer to the meaning. Ting Q!
