For those who have bad experience in Cebu Central Post Office.
Particularly to this guy ROY. The encoder. The one who would SMS you when you have a package.
Nidako na jud ni xa og ulo. Getting more active, bolder and "greedier" in window 30.
They were reshuffled two months ago. All were shuffled. Except him. He stayed- untouchable?? I've learned his just contractual worker there. And yet he has become "powerful" somehow.
Wala na xa ka porma naa pa ang previous team. Now wala na. His running the show na there. Almost all dealings direct through him. The other two older new guys bypassed. Or simply helpless while he do his modus. Not following procedures. Palusot sa pakages sa uban without letting pay the 50 postal fee and much more the 151 BOC doc stamp.
Why is the management tolerating this. Many have complained about his modus, and yet his still "kapit tuko" sa position.
He can't even function well lately as an encoder. No more printouts of the list of names and packages. Your details would just be listed on any open space on the page. Its a big mess. As his more active and busy dealing with those looking for him.
And he hides your packages. If you let the other two guys search for your packages. They can't. Its because its hidden and not encoded. Your only way is tru Roy. He holds your package in his fingertips. No check and balance.
I'm trying to reach the national level to complain. That he should be replaced or transferred. Put an unbias employee there in his place.
So if you have a similar fate as me and also want to complain about Roy. Please email the customer service care form of your complain. Let our complaints be heard by upper higher management. Not to tolerate this kind of persons.
