Condo Unit in La Guardia Flats 1 or 2

Hi everyone, I'm posting for my brother who has a client who wants to buy a condo unit in La Guardia Flats 1 or 2.

As of this writing, there are 2 units available in LGF 1 handled by PHI (Priced about Php 1.72M). However, the payment term is too short (6 months), so he is looking for other units that can be avail at longer payment terms.

Here's what he is looking for:

1. Price range at Php 1.5M to Php 1.7M
2. Or if possible within the same price range with what PHI is currently offering
3. Stretched payment for 2 years without interest (Buyer is too old to avail for bank loan)
4. Unit is available for move in as soon as possible
