Starting a Registered Business.

Hey,
I found a nice location for business. After failing to acquire a couple of franchise food carts, I have decided to just start my own food cart. Now, gusto ta ko makahbaw unsa first step sa pag register sa akong business and If under unsa e.file? Small business bah na? thanks guys.

Murag di ko sure boss but if naa ra ka sa public kay una man guro baranggay permit ana nya adto daun kag city hall or BIR for para sa uban legal docs

^^ Depende na sa type of business not sure if asa nga category na belong ang Foodcart, mag huwat lang ta sa uban storyans diri nga nay the same business nimo para sureball. Aron dika mag balik2 kay gobyerno raba na, kahibaw na tas dagan ana nila

ts, am not sure kung parejo ang procedures pagkuha ng pol3/resto biz permits
compared to ur planned biz na foodcart.

sa ako experience, adto sa ka sa dti (provide at least 3 biz names, basig ang
1st priority mo nga name ay existing na, at least may 2 paka nga options).

then get barangay clearance (kinahanglan namo ni ky pol3 man). let ur
neighbors sign para matagaan kag clearance. am not sure kong applicable kini
sa foodcart.

then, go to ur lgu (city of municipality) to register ur biz.

then kuha ka bir # (to make sure nga mobayad kag tax).

then get sss/philhealth/others para sa future employees mo.

akoy niadto b4 sa dti pero ang bookkeeper na ang ngpadayon process sa
ubang papers. sa resto, ako na sis-n-law na nag ayos tanan.

pls check lang sa lgu ninyo after dti.
