    Default 2Gg DDR3 vs. 1Gg GDDR5 or 1Gg GDDR5 vs. 2Gg GDDR5

Need some help on helping me build a gaming rig, first timer building here. Mas particular ko sa graphics card than anything else, and Im also on a budget. My budget is between 20k to 25k, really depends. Ako kalibugan is, dako ba dyud og deperensya sa graphics, or in a sense, ang makaya nga graphics sa 2Gg DDR3 versus 1Gg GDDR5, kay mas brato man dyud ang DDR3 kaysa GDDR5 diba? Ako sad gusto is ask unta, is there also a big difference sa graphics or ang mga makaya nga games between 1Gg GDDR5 og 2Gg GDDR5, like, unsa nga games ang ma play in the highest settings in those 2 graphic cards?

Pero naa pud mga articles nga nag state nga lahi na daw ni karon in terms of new generation GPU's. Usually mga entry level na gpu these days are good enough to play modern games. Katong mga 1GB 128bit ddr5.

and you came late. @ avich had have R9 280x at PhP10.5K last month

hehehe, having 2 of those would have just the games off.

generally speaking, stay away from GDDR3 og ayaw na og consider ana maski 16GB pa na nga GDDR3... anyway, sa mga low end cards raman sad na prevalent ang GDDR3...

GDDR3 cripples your GPU's capability... not worth the savings IMO...

in terms of RAM size, 1GB is more than enough for low end cards especially if your resolution is less than 720p.... kung 1080p ka, 2GB is a must but then again, consider pud ang GPU... kung low end nga GPU, 2GB may become useless as your GPU itself is unable to play games at 1080p decently (e.g. kamang na kaayo)...

RAM size more than 2GB is more significant if you play at high resolutions 1080p and above... kung 1080p below unya low to midrange nga card ra, 4GB may not be cost effective.

to answer your question "1Gg GDDR5 vs. 2Gg GDDR5", i would say, depende sa imong card nga gusto/pilion... again, kung low end na, it may not matter much... kung midrange na, then don't settle for 1GB...

    now let's dissect you question.

    i already answered it ^^^

Ako kalibugan is, dako ba dyud og deperensya sa graphics, or in a sense, ang makaya nga graphics sa 2Gg DDR3 versus 1Gg GDDR5, kay mas brato man dyud ang DDR3 kaysa GDDR5 diba?
yes daku ug difference. performance difference. between ddr3 vs DDR5

Ako sad gusto is ask unta, is there also a big difference sa graphics or ang mga makaya nga games between 1Gg GDDR5 og 2Gg GDDR5,
yes. for bigger monitor,VC RAM also called Memory buffer < it is compared to a bigger water tank in a water supply system in your house. for 2 x 22" LED or 27 < likened to your swimming pool which is needed to filled fast. >

    - like, unsa nga games ang ma play in the highest settings in those 2 graphic cards? Thanks sa mag hatag og info.
wrong question if you mean it for VC RAM, the question should be describing the VC : Architecture/Lithograpy | Cuda COres / Stream processors | Speed | width/highway < 128bit /192/256/384/512bit >| RAM Speed | optimizations | and Cooler

that description will make it describe if it can play what games at what resolution.

Thanks kaau mga master sa info. Naa man gud ko nakita nga Processor nga gi bundle of graphics card gud, AMD Quad-Core A10-Series APU for Desktops daun gi bundle og Radeon R7 Series, problem is wala ko kabalo unsa nga R7 nga series, like what model. basta ako goal dyud is 2Gg nga GDDR5, ang kanang 128bit or 256bit kay wala dyud na ming come to mind nako, didnt know importante diay na sya.

So brah, in my understanding, its better to have a smaller monitor to so as to make your game run faster and smoother, mao na?

Kung naa jud ka sakto nga cash para sa imo build. Stay away from bundle. Mas maayo pa mag come up from scratch. My usual suggestion, Bnew mobo, HDD and PSU (Okay ra 2nd hand basta naa pa shop warranty). Secondhand GPU, RAM, PROC, casing, etc (direh ka maka save og dako).

And kay mo prefer man jud ka og dedicated GPU, go intel build. Naa daghan secondhand i3 / i5 / i7 at least second gen.

    ALMOST BRO. HEHE

have a bigger monitor for better and enjoyable gaming.

and gamay ra ug difference between 2GB and 1GB na VC of same model

games will ran faster with better VC
