Renting commercial space in Malls

Gusto ta ko mu ask kinsa naa´y idea kun tagpila na ron ang rent per square meter sa malls like SM and ayala? Naa ni ingon nako na 3T per sqm daw. I´m not sure kun sakto ni.


And yes, ni inquire ko sa sm pero di man sila mu entertain ug questions before ka mu pass ug letter of intent and once mu pass ka sa letter, di sila mu talk about price until ni pass ka sa imo proposal. Curious lang ko tagpila hehe.

Mall rentals would depend on which floor you will be assigned and that would also depend on availability. On which floor would really depend on what product you would sell. Normally, it's price per sqm then add-ons of 10% for the aircon and another 10% for the services (janitors, security guards, etc.).

Your application will be reviewed by the local leasing management and if your concept is good then they will forward this to Manila for the final approval.
