Default Where did I go wrong?

I just installed the H60 today using Coolermaster thermal compound...I have temp issues guys, its running around 70-80c @ IDLE, sometimes rises up 90++++

Just to say airflow in the case is good I even leave it Side panel OPEN, airconditioned sad ako room below 25c temp..

    my specs we're
    i7 3770 w/ h60
    h77
    8b ram
    1gb discrete vcard
    600w modular psu
    1tb hdd
    27" monitor

I think i've connectd pins right.. do i need to re apply the thermal? Unsa man dapat e check ani

-Check if pump is still ok
    -reseat h60
-basin naay bubbles sa imong H60 block, shake daan before reseat
    -reapply thermal paste

Atimana dayon na boss, ayaw na paabot nga mausab rag iya ang temp. Pa-ig agi ana.

rule of thumb ha, opposite sides ang pag pa huot sa screws. top left, bottom right, top right, bottom left. para maka lingkod ug tarong ang block.

hehe pre-loved ang h60 so na used nani xa wala na plastic cover.. if had so, obvious man siguro, impossible sad defective ky bag o rani nako ge pull out gikan sa previous set up where it was working fine 30-40s ra TEMP...

What I had done so far
    • Re-applied thermal paste
    • Tried adding another 120mm fan for Push & Pull
    • Ex-change the connecting pins (PUMP & FAN) to see if one might be defective, but both were fine coz fans are working
    • Also tried shaking as what you'd guys suggest, I can hear it..

How can i tell if bad ang contact sa coper to procie cause when i pull it out, na scattered man pud thoroughly ang thermal.. meaning na COMPRESS ra xa og tarong.. and yes up-right, down-left, up-left, down-right aq pag screw

    Inani porma... sory sa paint
