I didn't heard that there is something like that...although electronic capacitors were mostly leaked but the could tell when....
Electronics wise.. easy.. kaso.. its hard to find good quality capacitors like the ones PSU Manufacturers use.. so It's good if naguba nah ang PSU.. but for maintenance purposes, your better off changing the PSU or waiting for it to get broken

how exactly do you "repair"?
check individual voltages. then if parts need replacing, do you replace with equal quality parts or at least close to the quality of the original parts?
edit: ayg ka lain sa ako pangutana bai ha, i just want to know what the psu will be good for afterwards.... if its good for low end applications okay raman sad, i just want to know....
