Default How do we go about POLITICS at work?

    Mga bro's/sis's,

This is really common on everyones work place. Naay sipsip, naa pud magpa sipsip. Naay boss pud nga mahilig ug favoritism.

I hated this kind of management.

But, how do we deal with this kind of people?
Do we have to go with the flow maski against sa imohang pagkataw?
Or, is there something nga angay buhaton?

Be patient. Just do your thing. Do what you're paid to do. In time, marecognize ra gyud na imong gibuhat.

Be confident in your strengths and abilities and love your work.

Politics is everywhere, di gyud na malikayan. Patience lang gyud. Mobalik ra na nimo imong gibuhat nga sakto.

@ej____: beat them at their own game...pag sipsip pud.

^ ah, but you just have to be savvy too, yokam. it doesn't mean one shoudn't do his work well, just that if you can be likeable to your boss, by all means work at it.

we can't be naive anymore. if politics is rampant, we should know how to navigate our way through...

but of course we always have the option of being different (at a great cost) or leaving the company. ako if i run out of energy, i just take the last option

Got your point, socializing is different from being "sipsip".

I have done my duties for my firm with enthusiasm. No problem with it. I socialize with these people bisan klaro kaayo nga plastic ang mga tinagdan.

I was planning on how to deal with this group kaso i need some mental capability to study the strategy on the HOW.

Sabay sabay lang ko for the meantime.
