We are a team of individuals that form the support division for an Australian Company. We started in January 2013. We are currently looking for 2 additional members to add to our current roster. They will be supporting the company's customers via email and chat.
Qualifications :
6 months minimum experience in a Customer Service / Tech Support environment.
Good to Excellent Command of the English language.
Willing to work shifting schedules.
Need to be Tech Savvy.
Bonus Points :
1 year minimum experience as a Quality Assurance for any BPO
Great skills in using MS Excel (must know how to pivot/vlookup and create formulas for reports)
Current Offer :
20k starting salary. (We are working on promotions and incentives for our team members)
