Take my advice, AYAW JUD MO ANANG CEBU ARTY PARTY BALLOONS.

Just attended my Nephews Birthday and the Balloon Decorations turned out to be a DISASTER!(as in literally) Maygani naa mi lain gi design. Mas maayo pa mi mo design. We trusted CEBU ARTY PARTY BALLOONS ng FULLY PAID pgyud mi. I'll post all the pics here. So buyers, please be aware nga naay mga MANGINGILAD nga Balloon Decorator.

Naghatag pa sya'g picture namo that mao daw to for the price of P2,400 This is the pic she sent me. The Package includes Cake Arch nga wala namo n receive and the 4 ft. nga Letter Standee na perteng batia gyud.





This is the "DISASTER" she made. Well, tell me maka reach n s imo expectations? Kana ako g encircle mao rana ang ilang g design for P2,400.





Oh, by the way mao ni ilang Letter Standee nga perteng batia ang sabot 4 ft. hala kay 2 ft. ra tawn na. Don't you have a tape measure perhaps? Unya ang Luyo Styro nga mag sige kahulog? Letter Standee ni?




Late kaayo siya naabot, and I went out kay ng prepare. Everyone was really busy kay ng prepare and all, na shock nako pagbalik nako nawala na siya and mao ni nahitabo. I tried calling her using my phone and even my friend's phone but she never answered my call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Sorry, I need to post this for the people to BE AWARE OF THIS. Pra di magpataka ug pili ug Balloon Decorations nga wa gyuy ayo, as in seriously. Kung d nila kaya mag ARCH mas maypa n back out sila and have the money paid back in full. Nindot kaaug design sa Facebook, which I doubt if ila bato basin g grab rsad.

Wala ko kahibaw sa real story behind it kay naa man sad gyuy uban clients gud grabeh mo hangyo, like if ang price 4k i pa himo'g 1,500 na lang so ang quality ma compromise gyud. Pero ambot lang sad gyud. Lord ray kahibaw.

Naa s ilang Account nga naa silay 2,400 for 4" Letter Standee, Cake Arch, and Arch sa pool. Well, she told me she can make one. Niana pako the day before nga kaya ba nila kay lain ang panahon niana sya kaya daw.

Update lang: She told me nga naa daw sakit iya baby so lahi iya katabang iya gpaadto?
She told me sad daw kaau siya s nahitabo. Seriously? She never answered my call.
She will deposit the amount for Standee and the Cake Arch, but I wanted the whole amount this tuesday so if wala, then I'll take legal actions ASAP. I am truly disappointed with this Balloon Decor. Yup, lesson learned: "When it comes really cheap, think a hundred times before purchasing" I just have to apply the principle of "Caveat Emptor" - Let the Buyer Beware"

Sobra pa, na save ragyud s food ug among decor s centerpiece ug uban balloons. Maygani naka huna huna mi ug flying balloons.

@lifeisbeyeeutiful nakasabot ko unsay good customer service, nakasabot sad ko na angay rasad siyang mo reklamo, pero in terms of sentiments kinahanglan tangale ta mohatag ug benefit of the doubt sa both parties, kinahanglan usa natong sutaon kung tinuod ba gyud na iyang mga pasangil or dili. kay wala ta kahibaw sa tinuod nga panghitabo.

tinuod dili lalim ang iyang experience kung ugaling tinuod ni, na damage siyag 2400 + kahasol, pero what if dili ni tinuod? pilay ma damage sa maong decorator nga napasanginlan lang? 20 folds? kay wala nay mokuha sa ilang service tungod lang sa mga pasangil? think it twice bey, we must be fair and balance befor ta motuo, kay wala gyud ta kahibaw sa real score.

wala ko kaila ni TS ug sa decorator, mao na ganahan ko masayod sa tinbuok kamatuoran both sides usa nato madesisyonan labi na sa reading public.

@Little_Mermaid88 kung ikaw akong ibutang sa side sa balloon decorator, then one day ni search ka sa google nakita nimo ni nga thread, unya gitabangan ka sa tanan without getting your side ok ra nimo? empathy is not the issue here, matud sa TS ni share si sa truth, ug ang truth dapat wala kay itago, dili filter ang info ang imong nga imong ihatag sa public just to get of what your so called empathy

sa ako na gi-ingon, you already made your point. are you sure everybody is taking her word for it? its her prerogative kung i-share ba na niya ang ilang transactions. wa man sad xa mamugos kung mo-tuo ka, she is just sharing her "not so good" experience.
