I am sure all of us have unique strengths that enable us to contribute to the company. With this said, I find all fellow applicants equally capable like me. Should you decide to choose either one of us , I am confident that you have made the decision with great care and chose someone whom you find more competent and able to do the job better. =)

If you end up choosing her for the position, I would be happy for her as well.


REMEMBER: Your answers and how you deliver them speaks a lot about the type of character and attitude you impress on your interviewer. If you like to get the job, show them how mature and a good sport you are. =)
