i7 no turbo boost?? help!

kahinomdom ko sauna mkta man sa bios sa akong board or sa my computer naay suwat. i.e i5 3570k 3.4 turbo 3.8 bsta in ana. karon nagpalit ko i7 4770k wala man suwat na turbo boost bisan sa bios. pero naa sa package sa box sa intel.

am i missing something? or sa mobo ni nako?

z97 msi gaming 3
gtx 770 asus dc2 oc

@PagkahomotSAimongUTOToi install CPU-z if m.reach of 3.9ghz ang imong speed, then boost is doing fine.. if 3.5 lang cya max, then its off, you could set it in BIOS to make sure
