I want to resign in this company. but I dont want to render 30 days because the next company I am applying said that I need to report to them next week. besides, the company where I am right now does not have any contract. will it be ok not to render 30 days?

if wala kay gipirmahan nga nag disclose nga kinahanglan ka mo render 30 days okay ra. pero it would be best not to burn bridges. pakig ist0rya lang ug tarong ang imong amo or ang HR. kay gidawat man ka nila ug tarong, pahawa lang pud ug tarong. para walay problema ba. in good faith imong pagbiya sa imong employer.

akong reason kay dili nak happy sa akong job. ako ra jud usa sa office.naanad man ko ug daghang tao gud. ok ra na nareason na dili lang ka happy sa job? then next week nako mag start sa akong new job.

kung ikaw ra saimong office.. murag tagai sd ug pannahon ang company makakita ug lain nga mo puli nimo kung mo resign ka or contingency plan nila...right mn sa mga trabahante mo resign ug mangita ug lain trabaho nga mas dako ug sweldo or mas lipay ang trabahante.. pero i consider sd imong kumpanya.. try to put yourself// ikaw ang amo nya mo hawa dayon imong trabahante.. urgent resignation not 7 days not 15 days or 30 days... unsa mn imong batioon? dili kaha nag labad imong ulo mag huna2x ky mangita kag tao ipuli saimong trabahante nga nihawa lang ug kalit?..samot na nga ikaw ra dha sa office. ikaw g saligan.. try to consider that..
