Shift starts at 12am-6am MNL time
You MUST be CERTIFIED or QUALIFIED to be certified from a known company or BPO in support from such companies as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba or similar technical support or remote support accounts.
At least 4 years total Technical Support Experience
