Then the school will use PL as a messenger for announcements.

Anyway, present a proposal to all the school admins here in Cebu. The
best way to get the names is via the directory/website. If not, simply
ask directly from the secretary As soon as they receive the proposal,
they'll set up a meeting for you to explain further of your services.
