New to manga

I'm reading the 1st chapter of Death Note and I had to laugh at myself. I just realized manga translated to English order their pages from left to right
but the actual pages are read from right to left. This will take some getting used to.

I hope I'm starting right with the following:

Manga

1. Death Note
2. Bleach
3. Berserk

Anime

1. Samurai X - The Movie
2. Samurai 7
3. Basilisk

Of course I watched other anime before like Nija Scroll, almost all of Mizayaki's, Ghost in the Shell, some
hentai.

and which samurai x movie is that, bro? kenshin's youth or his death?

Reading manga is refreshing. I'm actually sick and tired of reading superhero comics where they wear their undies over their pants, seeing every
bulge of their muscles even if they're wearing spandex (I mean no clothe is that tight, right) and let's face it, Batman hasn't aged a bit since he
was introduced. Kanus-a mani ni mga matay oi. At least sa manga or anime, I know a series ends one way or the other.

I didn't even finish watching Batman Animated. Kutob ra ko season 2. Season 3 murag ra rehash sa previous episodes. Season 4 new look
although still Bruce Timm but bland stories except for a few. Watched Teen Titans, boring. Watched Legion of Superheroes, boring. Ang ako
ra ganahan tung una was Star Wars: Clone Wars ug Justice League (original and unlimited).

Wala pa nahuman download bai. Mga 5 hours pa. Nag absorb pa ko manga ug anime run so they get into my system.

yep you're on the right track. and they say berserk is the epitome of fantasy manga.sadly its just 30+ volumes long since it started 20 yrs ago

I'd also suggest Gantz for a weird feel and air gear for awesome mainstream art

watch berserk the anime nalang.. .the manga is too long and still ongoing.. :P

'get' the rurouni kenshin manga, coz the anime went to filler after kyoto arc and got canned. you can get the true ending with Enishi, the Reflections OVA was a VERY modified ending for rurouni kenshin.

@ehrgeiz: Thank you. I watched the first few episodes of Samurai Deeper Kyo. Nindot na unta but it seemed it can't make up its mind as to
whether it is a comedy or a violent movie. Results: Delete.

I'm DLing Shaman King, the manga is cute. I hope the anime is too. I also like One Piece's humor. I hope the anime's complete already so I
can DL it too. Naruto is also funny but sadly wa pa nahuman (naa ba dyud ninja technique na centerfold, he he he). Man, don't you love the
Japanese's sense of humor.

oh yes, please do watch code geass lelouch of the rebellion. mecha for non mecha fans. very engaging ang story.
