    Default Gain weight advise?


    Guys naa ba mo advise mahatag nga unsaon pag pa gain weight lang jud? Hahaha. Skinny type of person man ko around 5'8 ang height ba. hahaha.

    any tips? i know kaon daghan ang tubag pero unsa pa pd? plano ko mag in-house workout like push ups and situps.

    Kaon daghan doi unya enroll in a reputable gym,take multivitamins and vit b12 important kaayo ang b12 for energy,drink milk by the gallons,undang bisyo kung duna man gani,sleep early...ipaputol nako ning akoa kung di ka modako..hehehe..Good luck.

    eat a lot, lift weights, get lots of sleep...

    try daw enroll sa gym, TS. Akong migo payatot jud xa before, karon dako na xa ug lawas. D man nuon lain tan.awn kay sakto2 ra jd ba. puro muscles

    pila nay edad nimo? depende pud na sa kaliwat ninyo, bisan unsa-on pa nimo og kaon daghan kung ingon ana jud imong structure sa lawas, wa kay mahims ana. pero simple ra kaau ni akong advise nimo dong, inig human nimo og kaon unya ra inom og tubig after 1 hr. apile sad og pilsen 1 bottle lang every other day.

    @dongzkie: 20s pa sir. di man payatot akong pamilya, pag abot nilag mga 25 nanambok ug maayo then walay maintain so tambok na tambok jd. haahaha. dmd 1 pilsen oi, tiyan mudako hahaa.

    @chL0e: try lagi nako jud pa enroll ug gym, pero mauwaw ko oi hahahah gamay kaayo ko ahahaha. pero tan.awn lang, try sad nako ug enroll.
