Be sure that you can manage your time well. Regardless if you're doing it part time or full time, kinahanglan kaayo ang time management sa business. Dapat maayo ka momanage sa imong time and maximize the time that you spend on your business. Keep in mind that your life doesn't revolve around your business. Be sure not to under or overspend your time sa imong business.

Ability to know people’s character. You must perceive evidence of characteristics from experience.
Ability to handle people. Never prejudge a prospect.

know what man, not being a spoiler with your ideas but take number 1 out and you'll surely be successful in business. and if im able to add one more, i'd take this into consideration... 'gain experience' because you cant just do all that without it. thanks.
