Mga bro, kinsay naka experience og inani? Normal ra ba ni or ako nani ipa RMA? I just had this last March of 2013... tuig ra kapin ahak... Diba 5 years man ang warranty sa Corsair sah?








By the way, wah pa man nuon leaks or something... but i'm a bit worried basin mo worsen ra over time...

March last year so out na sad na sa store warranty labi na aftermarket na na nga cooler. Paabot lang ta sa mga nakasuway na diri kay wa pud ko kasuway ana.hehe.

@bim27142 same na sa akong corsair h100i sir mas dako pa og cracks sa akoa and napaksit na jd sya unlike sa imo and it's just normal, bro you don't need to RMA it it won't affect sa imong tube that is just a cosmetic cover and akong temperature it's running normal, idle=32-36C, 100% load = 58-62C. Pwd nimo ipa RMA imong unit but it would take time, if d ka makahuwat mo palit jd ka lain cooler.

They are just cosmetic rings bro, cover rana siya sa hose crimping hehe. According to Corsair Admin bro, kay nangutana man pod ko sa akong H100i adto nila this is what they said .

"Those are just cosmetic rings.. If you want to have you unit replaced ,you still can, but they have no bearing on the function of the cooler".

If you are talking about the rubber collars that are around the tubes, those are purely there for looks and have no effect on actually sealing the tubes. But you could still have it replaced if you want to.

pero wala bay risk nga mo leak na hinuon? let's say pasagdan lang nako unya mo daghan or mo dako na hinuon ang cracks...

@bim27142 Dili na siya mo leak bro it's because kana siyang cosmetic rubber collars are just purely for looks so gibutang rana nila para nindot tan-awn, bati pod kaayo og walay cosmetic rubber ang tumoy sa cooler hubo kaayo hehe. Akong rubber collars bro akong gi paksit, then ako nalang gi papitlan og mighty bond hehe, so far so good wa may leak, these are normals bro sa Hydro series closed loop sa corsair. If ganahan ka ipa RMA bro pwd ra sad ila ranang ilisdan og collars nya pirte baya jd dugaya makuha if magpa RMA ka kay ipadala panang unit.

pareng Bim, kasagara rason nganu ma in ani is due to material deterioration due to heat. mura sya mo brittle ang material. pero ako katingalahan is 1 year pa? ang radiator hose man gani sko motor nga 7 na ni katuig hairline paman gani ang crack. although di ko maguol sa imo na case kay ang crack naa ra sa punoan wala gyud natungod sa inlet section.

anyway, kun akoa na ako na ipa RMA, hasol mag doktor-doktor hehe. naka try nakog pa RMA through manufacturer videocard to sya Sparkle. ako gibuhat is adto ko sa website nila, adto kos "contact us" page then send ko email with attachment picture sa damage including picture sa serial number kay diha mana mabaw-an when ug where gimanufacture ang unit. after two days ni reply sila na ila ko ipasa sa singapore nila na facility then ang singapore ni contact sa Manila distro mao na dayon ni send nako ug replacement. 1 week+ raman to na ilisan dayon.

di man hasol as long as naa pakay magamit while RMA is on going haha
