Hi,

Kinsay naka suway ug renew sa EON Card sa Union Bank? Mao ni akong questions:

1.) Inyo bang iremove ang inyong karaan nga credit card nga nakalink from your paypal account to your EON Card? or inyo rang ipudate?

2.) Or Mag-add jud ta ug balik ug credit card? Nya iremove jud tong karaan?

Wala pa ko kasuway og inong ani Master.
Pero either way, mo-work man na ang duha.

Mas maayo man siguro ang UPDATE lang (update the expiry date ra man siguro).
Kay ig-renew sa imo card, ang expiry date ra man ang mausab.

Mosulod man gihapon na sa imong Paypal Master. Pwede ra nimo ma-withdraw later.
Then you can add a new credit card later on pod.

When you add or update your card information, we temporarily charge your card a small amount. This is a regular fraud prevention measure, to ensure the card is valid. It sounds like your card issuer didn't authorise the temporary charge, so the card was declined when you tried to add it.

When you speak to your bank again maybe ask to speak to someone in online transactions,

Boss, ako nasulayan ingon ana, local payments lang ang credit card nga gi issue sa akoa.

What i did is to get a debit card nalang instead.

What i did is to get a debit card nalang instead.

gkan ko sa UnionBank hehe musuway kog add balik basin pwede na.. Nice kaau Union Bank sa Hiway Mandaue 100% customer service nice kaau kay walay linya.. sa tanan banko akong nasudlan did2 ang pnakanice hehe murag balay naay libre tubig sa kilid ug cr sa luyo

--Solution: Just deposit some amount in my case i deposit 500 Pesos.

i find it more than aggravating, in fact completely offensive that when paypal has a "contact us" function, that it is anything but!


i'm tired of going in circles of help file sthat have nothing to do with what i need!


di sab ko katawag kay ang number listed is a US number, so i wanted to email them!!!


how the hell does one simply send them an email ?!?!?!
