guys!
i need legal advice in buying a lot.
the lot i'm buying is in bohol. taga cebu jud ko pero ga work ko in bohol. uli2x ko cebu pirmi.
the owners are here in cebu. (titled lot under couples' names)
mao ni ako na accomplish so far:
-certified true copy sa title (also checked the original nya limpyo ang title)
-certified true copy of tax dec
-vicinity map
-certificate of no improvement
naa mi lawyer didto bohol & here in cebu.
i asked advice from our lawyer in bohol and he suggested that the payment be made in bohol and the couple should be present to sign "deed of absolute sale" and "acknowledgement receipt" (requirements for transfer of title) para ma dritso na ug notaryo sa lawyer. then maka process na dayon for transfer of title (which we plan to start aftr 2 months since bag.o pami nagpa gawas ug money)
my questions are:
-pwede ba mi dri sa cebu mag pirmahay sa deed of sale and acknowlegement receipts? para dli na mu larga ang tag.iya..
-mu accept raba ang bir ana didto sa bohol? since dri ra sa cebu ang transaction?
naa koy nakaila nga cya ra nag himo ug deed of absolute sale & acknowledgement receipt unya ang date sa transaction iya ra blank. unya iya radaw ipa notaryo sa lawyer after ni pirma ang tag.iya sa lot pag baligya.
-mu accept raba diay ang lawyer ug mo notaryo dritso even dli cya present sa binayranay?
