actually, step down features sa intel procie while idle siya kay naa na na daan sa sandy bridge pa lang. it has a base frequency and a max frequency during use. at least mao nay gisulti sa intel/acer nga seminar that i attended 2 years ago. mao nang naay turbo boost. the GPU? wa nila giapil.hehehe
