IQ, Englsh Comprehension, etc. and other Pre-Emlpoyment Exams

Hi,

We're a startup gaming company and we have hired people already. The only exam we gave them was a practical skill test exam. However, through the course of working with them, we're having difficulties in dealing with their comprehension esp. in English instructions. They are college graduates, alright, but they are not as articulate.

I was wondering if you could share your copy or have an idea idea where to get pre-employment exams without cost? Like IQ tests, English comprehension esp on instructions given, personality exam, communication exams, etc? Plus with interpretation or answer sheet?

On the technical side, we can easily gauge them if they fit to work with the company or not.
