NEED HELP: food cart business queries

Hi. I am planning to put up a food cart business. Preferrably shake stand lang usa kay trial pa. I am not much familiar of the business norms. It will just be one shake stand to be placed near a school. Ginagmay ra gyud na business. My concern is do I have to apply for a business permit? What other permits do i have to secure? And How much usually does it cost?

generally rule if the thumb of our law all business should have a permit during operation or before the operation , however here in the philippines dili kau tah strict sa mga vendors vendors sa daplin daplin sama sa carbon or vendors nga mgpedling , if your starting pa or try try imo business ayaw lang usa iparegrster na if you find nga dili magdugay ug one yer based from your inflow if income and profit...ayaw lang sa , pero kung gusto ka nga naay pangalan jud imo negosyo ug sustaining na ang buhaton nimo first is to register the name of your busines to DTI , then the rest will follow. certificate of registration,Bir, mayos permit, sanitary permit, license to operate, sss.philhealth,pagibig

Kung trial and error paka/pilot run lang dont get permit lang sa give your business 3-4 months time and if things runs smoothly then try to add another aside sa shakes nimo. Unya na kuha if maka hearing ka nga naay checking knowing nga school imong place sure jud na mo patok. Good luck
