when I read the news item, morag migawas nga the guard shoots the victim without any warning. cguro ang guard was trained in one of the states of USA where people can shoot intruders of a private property without any warning in the guise of the principles of self-defense...jejeje

my whole point is. in this case anyhow, it's bad just to shoot someone dead just bcoz you thought he is a thief. A shot on the leg maybe, but not somewhere where it's fatal.
