Apartment/House for Rent 1 ride to Lahug

I'm looking for any apartment or house for rent that will take only 1 ride to Lahug, Cebu City.
It should be good for 4 persons. The number of bedrooms do not matter much, but 2 would
be preferable.

Budget is around 8k~10k, but I am willing to pay reasonable amounts above said budget if
the place warrants it.

Other things I am looking for:
+ separate electric/water meter
+ can install PLDT line
+ 1 ride to Lahug, Cebu (IT Park)
