    Lightbulb How old were you when you purchased or built your first House and Lot?


    Dear Istoryan's,


    1. How old were you when you purchased or built your first house and lot?
    2. Moreover, what steps did you take to make this dream a reality?


    I hope someone can share their insights. I was born from a not so well-off family, hence owning our own property seems too impossible. However, I got the feeling that I can change this pattern from our life blood and raise our name from poverty. With proper guidance from individuals who made it on their own; I do believe that I too, can make my dream a reality. Hence, I hope folks from this thread will be kind enough to share their thoughts not just to me, but to those others who have the same dream as mine.

    just now bro im 27 naa nakoy own house... wa nako magpalit ug land kay bakante mani daan sa akoa mama but nagloan ko mga 80k plus i sold my motorcycle for 70k plus ako saving nagasto jud tanan... hurot hurot jud but i now have a house haha

    Rent - to - own na ang uso ron! ehehe
    I was 25 (last 2years), when i start to purchased a town-house.. Ang i rent nimo sa apartment, imo nlng i hulog2, Ma imoha pa next couple of years..
    30years to pay house, but target lang to make it 10years (para mo gamay ang interest)
    Through PAG - IBIG lang...

    NOw, Gpuy-an na.. ^_^
    Saving na for a 4wheels next step. ehehe

    28 and just two years ago, napalit nako ang yuta sa parente sa ako asawa sa lilo-an.
    4.2 hectares lot. pero karon nag abang pa mi duol ra pd sa gipalitan namo kay nagpatukod
    pa ug balay gamay lng gd more or less 200 sq. ang floor area pero expandable ang design
    so by the time mag renovate dali ra pangitaon ang breaking points. hurot ako kwarta sa
    kural/fencing nga barbed wire ug steel bars as in mo kantidad sad ug balay. hadlok ko
    kawatan ug mga binuhi mao nga gasto nlng. actually, bag.o pa sad mi ngari namuyo
    pero so far ok ra. hinay-hinay hantod sa maabot ang hacienda knuhay.

    wow ka nice, napahimuslan jud ang dako nga ektarya nga luna to earn income.

    Good for you bro.

    Akong dilemma jud is to know how to get started. I was planning to buy a lot first; ang akong problema kay I don't know yet how to ensure nga secured akong transactions. Huhu. . .waiting for other's feedback for more details pa ko bro hehe

    Sir, speaking of data2 bah. . .kana bang uso karon nga data2 nga gi manage og mga developers, are those safe to buy? Sorry noob kaayo nga question.

    Also, unsaon sad nako pag determine nga secured among transaction and there's no chance of encountering a double sale?

    boss dili ni developer ang tag-iya ani, parente ra sa ako misis. 1st transaction nako, ang i am rest assured that sobra pa ni sa insurance kay auntie ni niya nga tua sa lain nasod na ug wa nay plano mamuyo balik ngari except for bakasyon2 nlng. sad to say, i can't really help you with regard to transaction outside the verbal deed of sale.
